Bantha Milk Dalgona Coffee

I love Star Wars and I grew up Catholic, so a little play on words there. Anyhow, I've been wanting to try this Dalgona Coffee but I wanted to put my own twist on it, so I waited until this day to make this creation!

BANTHA MILK DALGONA COFFEE!!! WHAT?!?

Yes, all the sweet coffee prettiness from Instagram, but make it Star Wars Fashun.

Recipe:

2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee

2 Tablespoons White Sugar

2 Tablespoons HOT HOT water

2/3 cup of milk (I used creamy oat)

1/4 cup creamer

a little bit of ice

4 drops of blue food coloring

Combine the coffee, sugar and hot water and using my hand blender on the highest setting, blended it in a small bowl for about 2 minutes or until you can get peaks with the mixture.

Then combine milk, creamer, ice and food coloring and blend in your blender.

Pour in a cup, add dollops of the coffee mixture and voila! Bantha cocktail.
